Guidance
Remembrance Counselors are caregivers who listen, provide guidance and support bereaved families. Remembrance Counselors believe that they have a unique responsibility to honor the dignity of the deceased, to aid and counsel the family in time of grief and to encourage remembrance with each family within its own traditions, culture and financial means.
Honor
Remembrance Counselors are acutely aware that families never get a second opportunity to honor the life of their loved one. Doing the right thing to begin the healing process and promote peace of mind is essential to restoring emotional well being for family and friends. The hope is that families find joy in the way they choose to honor their loved one.
